I have.... With Jenna. She up sold me and then didn't provide any srevice. When the owner found out he informed me he would make it right..... that never happend either. However it sounds like others have good experiences. Maybe it was just me.

I have had and heard of good experiences with TLC with and many of their girls, except Jenny (I don't think she likes the business)

I had an apt. with Natasha on a Monday night and they told me to call the night before and confirm my appt. I did that and the girl that answered the phone said she would not beable to see me on monday night but she could see me toinght. I told her it was late and I had to be to work at 5am she then told me that Natasha was only 30 mins away. So I made the appt. and then an hour later I called back and she said she was running late due to traffic. I said it was to late and asked for her not to come and asked if someone from mgt. could call me the next day. No call ever I tried on for a few days and left my name and number. This is the first time I used an agency does this happen alot.

with any agency here in PHX. Obviously stuff hasppens and things dont always go smoothly. Paul and Adam do a great job overall....as do the rest.

I think alot of the time the problem comes from trying to do to much.....as a business owner I know how hard it is to just say "sorry, but we can't help you"...

I am sorry to hear you had scheduling trouble Yankee!  Please call me personally at: 602 315 6657.  

Unfortunately, I never received any message from a phone operator regarding this and I would like to rectify the situation.

On a side note:
Natasha had a death in the family recently and there is no ETA on when she will return to work.  This may have played a role in your scheduling issues:(  However, there is no excuse for poor service and I want to make sure you are taken care of.

I have had last minute cancellations from all 4 of the main agencies in town and from indies.
It happens but actually not often.  The ladies do have other obligations and this not approached  as a normal 9-5 job.  Take a Zen view.
Missed it this time?  try again.
Call Adam he wiil work it out.  DD is reputable agency

Think we have all run into a problem in one form or another along the way with both agencies and indys alike. Desert Divas is a very reputable agency in town and I am certain they will make it right. Contact them as suggested.

Although I don't often use agencies, the response you saw from DD is much more typical of their service than what you experienced as per your post.  They are a good group to work with and I'm sure Adam will make it right.

I normally dont get into this type of stuff, but the reality is that it happend and I was out four hundred fifty bucks for no service. I did speak to Adam at Tmans party, which is who promissed me he would make it right. When I called I would never get a call back from him or anyone.

If you do not recall I was the guy that gave you a couple of gifts before I left the party and I also envited you to my parties.

the reality of it is that I did not bring it to your attention, one of your girls did. you actually approached me at the party and promised to make it right.

I recall that discussion quite clearly and you are correct that one of my girls let me know you were dissatisfied.  I then approached you and told you I wanted to make sure you were well taken care of and you politely refused the offer not once, but multiple times.  I left you with: "well that is kind of you, but the offer is always on the table should you choose to take it".

The only phone call I received from you after that day that I know of was when you were describing the spring event to me and never mentioned a session.  As I said before... that offer still stands and I would be more than happy to take care of you.  Also, please make sure you are calling between 2PM and 4AM as I work LATE hours.  If you need to call sooner you can contact my partner Paul at: 602 402 8411.  Make sure you leave a voicemail if you don't get an answer:)

It also needs to be noted that this incident happened to you about 2 years ago now and that was before we advertised flat rates.  However, you still did not receive what you deserved and therefore will be taken care of.

You never told me your TER handle and I had wondered what happened to you!;)  Talk to you soon.

I have never used an agency. Not against doing so. Just never happened. But independents also sometimes don't show, or won't call back after a session has been booked and you're calling the day of the session to reconfirm and get directions. Like people say, it happens. I chalk it up to a case of something coming up rather than purposeful bad form, because this has happened with ladies who have good reputations. It IS frustrating, though, especially when you have counted on some TLC as, say, a short-term visitor to the area, and then can't make other arrangements at the last minute with somebody else.
