If you read some of their other ads, you find out that the gentleman in the photos is Pam's husband (I think his name is Tom).  Apparently, they do massages together...

They are quite beautiful - and there is a resemblance, but I kinda doubt they are really mother & daughter - maybe just marketing to that niche you describe? Also, who said they were 'copulating'? Looked like FB massage to me, not sure of their state of dress / undress, or how it all "ends"?
