Jack knows exactly why he was delisted from TER because I spent 31 minutes and 36 seconds telling him why he was delisted from TER.  TER is a business.  Last time I checked, as a business, we could refuse service to anyone.  I am tired of the BS and frustration Jack has caused me the last year and putting an end to it.

Imagine a daycare. In this Daycare there is one child that is constantly causing problems.  No particular issue was enough to kick him out of daycare but cumulatively over the last year this particular child has caused so many problems that the daycare finally kicks him out. Jack is my problem child and has been for the last year.  

I apologize to those of you who may feel somewhat deprived not having his reviews on TER. I am sure you can go to his partner’s message board or his other recently acquired message board and read all about them.

it's always a big mystery yet the ter mail bag forum has copies of letters written to providers explaining why they were banned.

i think it would be safe to assume that staff answers most if not all providers who question why they were banned since i doubt that favorites are played amongst those who are banned.

does it ever occur to anyone that providers who claim to not know why they got banned are LYING ?

and that perhaps one of the reasons they have been banned is because they are DISHONEST and they just don't want to admit it ?

i don't understand why that is so hard for people to figure out but whenever i hear someone say they don't know why they got banned, i know right away why.

...who are banned 'by proxy'.  That's gotta suck.

There are girls who have lost YEARS of reviews due to this, good reviews that they made outside of the agency as well as in the agency.  Girls who consistently get 9s and 10s, other providers know what it takes to consistently get these high marks, and the girls have NO IDEA what goes on with the politics of this board, and a lot are just at a loss for what this has done to their specific reputations.  I'm not really sure what's going on, and there are always two sides to every story, but I can't help but agree.  The reviews they earned were in no way due to anything other than good service.  I just wish it could be handled differently, because there are a lot more people being hurt then the "offender".

they become independent or change their agency if TER chooses to do so.

Gina had some GREAT reviews with her agency in Las Vegas that was banned! When she went independent, she tried to get her reviews back but couldn't! It didn't take her long to have another great profile, but she had to start from scratch.

of course a guy can choose to submit a review to whomever he pleases.

if he submits it to ter, then ter can do what it pleases with it. . they can even put it on someone else's profile ... they'd lose credibility eventually but still, it's their choice.

ter is not a government agency regulating the escort industry.. they dont have to be fair.. there is no equal opportunity or majority rule... they do not have to explain their policy or procedure decisions to us. . they do not have to meet our standards.  
this site isnt funded with our tax dollars. LOL

ter has zero obligation to any of us outside of the vip membership contract and since their servers are in the netherlands, good luck trying to get that enforced if they choose not to honor it.

its a business governed by the laws of capitalization, not a public service governed by a democracy.

needing to be reminded of that suggests that they act as one anyway but we still have no right to demand it.

ultimately, if you dont like the way things are done, if you feel that your concerns are not being addressed fairly, there's a whole wide world of internet out there welcoming you to run your own site any way you want. thats the beautiful thing about a free market.

Actually I replied so that your subject line repeats - loved it, and I agree that he should be banned.

about Jack being banned. He has been a very good friend to me over the past 2 years and ALWAYS willing to listen with patience regarding business and anything else that might need an ear. During the Super Bowl weekend he was a valid source to talk and turn to for anyone who had any doubt regarding their safety.  I am disapointed to see that anger and frustration can cause a business dispute, I do wish things could be resolved between both parties since I know that he will be greatly missed on this board by alot of people.  I wish I could help with your frustration (TER) regarding this issue, I would not take any compensation for this particular matter either.
I do not know any of the details as to why Jack has been banned from this board, but as a friend and peace maker provider I sure wish I could help change your mind. Also, for the record, I have not slept with Jack since we are just FRIENDS.

Why? They made the decision to work for a shady character, and that is their decision. They are grown women. It takes a lot of work to be Independent. Those girls could very easily work for themselves, and learn all that goes with it. Instead they take the easy way. It's not TER's fault that they don't have enough iniative. Staff has every right to ban this troublemaker. I myself didn't appreciate him obtaining my email address here and spamming me about his board!

Exactly right. Staff is not trying to punish the girls. If the girls go to work for another agency or themselves, they can ask to have the reviews linked.

Maybe you don't know all there is to know about that situation. They are very reasonable about linking reviews.

not just the gents knowing who to see but for us not to see.....it sure does work both ways....thank god I have for the most part I've met some wonderful gents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! except for the few that don't do their homework like READ reviews/profiles or web sites that really should have seen someone younger as they so nicely reveal or at least try too.
