Not too long ago.  Got a "Priceline" deal.  Was real good deal.  Was a suite, seperate bedroom and living room, bathroom between.  Right next to Scottsdale airpark, kinda noisy, small jets and helos taking off.  Not real convienent freeway access, south of 101, off Scottsdale and west, from FLR.  Close to Kierland shopping and restaurants.
Because of pricy hotels, in that area, a cheep rate is good one.  I would Not pay regular rates, at Tbird Suites.  $50/Priceline ws great.
Hope this helps.

Anyone have any feedback on this place?  Great rates...which may be of some concern...good location and suite-layout rooms.

TFAFIA

..pay attention to the shrimp "spread".  So I gather nobody has an actual knowledge whether or not this hotel is decent.

,,forgot about priceline although I always use priceline for rental cars.  Probably should have researched a bit better, but got the Orange Tree on Shea for $60/night.  Might not be in it's prime, but it'll do.  Noticed they've got temperpedic mattresses....  never slept on them to tell ya the truth.  Are they decent for hosting a companion??  (lol.. both the resort and the temperpedic!)

Decent place, quiet, clean. It's an used to be a Holiday Inn
