I hobby all the time (hell im on the way out the door to see someone now) i use craigs often and ive never had any problems mostly since im not lacking in wit or sense. remember the 4 golden rules of the hobby and always be ready to bounce your ass out of the situation and your gold with craigs. Having seen Mya and Isabella recently, it's hard to imagine further "improvements," but I guess that's what makes them and others exceptional. They make improvements for us, and it certainly seems to be working. The great thing about Phoenix, spoken as an appreciative visitor, is you have so many great assets and choices! It's "baring" up well...the market will decide. My opinion.
Why? Because once someone decides to wiggle through that window, it's a bit hard to crawl back out. Anything below that becomes the blue-light special, and it cheapens the reputation of the provider.
