You can do a search with your age parameters and
a little younger mid 40s...and you'll more than  likely find the ladies youre looking for

I am 30 and older gentleman don't bother me. The only thing i'd like to know beforehand is if they have any issues regarding their performance.

Phx has some of the best Ladies and lots 40 and over and I'm sure all (my self included) love seeing distinguished gentlemen like yourself

Becoming a member has it's benefits too as you get more info on the ladies but if you go to reviews and do a advanced search you are able to put in things that fit your fancy
I did one for you I just did 41 and older.

and I have met some absolutely wonderful ladies in their 40's and 50's, as well as some younger ladies, some right there in Phoenix. Now, I'm not exactly the "catch of the day", but none of the ladies I've seen have seemed to mind being seen in public with me. When they look at the overall picture, I think you'll find that a lot of ladies actually prefer us old farts. We have more of a tendancy to at least try to treat them like the ladies that they are.

Those young un's are not my style.
