Just a question. What do you consider a LE check from the providers, and hobbiest perspective?

Just curious I'e seen different definitions on both sides. Specific to Arizona because laws are different in each state.

In my opinion the whole idea of a LE check is bogus. I know it makes some feel more comfortable, especially those newer to this "hobby" but in reality I believe it's worthless. Perhaps worse than worthless if it gives someone a false sense of security.
LE can basically do whatever they want. If you feel they have acted improperly it will be up to you to prove that in a court of law. For most people, if it gets to that point, most of any damage to you has been done. Secondly, who do you think will usually be believed in court?
IMHO....The best defense is to decide what level of risk you're willing to accept before you ever begin in this game. Then, do your homework and get yourself educated as to how things work.
                                                                                                      Regards.....RR

Best LE check is never offer money for sex.  Or companion never offer GFE or anything for money - only time.

Nothing different about Arizona law other than any form of offer/solicitation is same as prostitution and mandatory 15 days in jail on first offense since intimacy is so offensive to those politicians that know what is best for consenting adults.

Employment checks have been faked by LE having verifiable ID and employment.

Verification with another companion only works if have physical description and can contact prior companion and she remembers him.   Fake references frequently used in the war on in private consenting adults spending $millions go after dangerous women companions and massage places instead of funding for child abuse cases.

GFE or usual "codes"  in ad or guy asking is easy bust, with no further encounter needed.

Getting naked together not illegal and we have great example from a police report where no bust when companion nude in bed with undercover but as hard as he tried could not get her to say or do the wrong thing.

In a current case we had months of forensic work done on computers (FBI I believe) and State prosecutor now proudly have now 8 TB of data to submit to lawyers-  but there is no single drive large enough for that much data.   Now its 7TB and admittance none will be used at trial but spent a fortunately to recover what wont even be used - and judge has sanctioned State for not turning over to defense in time!

...that whole showing privates, dry humping, groping body parts stuff is BS.  Some cops can even go as far as having sex to completion with you before cuffing you. In a nutshell if you're willing they can do pretty much whatever with you and then bust you.

I had a discussion once with a lawyer out of curiosity about this type of thing and his recommendation was to treat it like private modeling. Instead of asking for sex or sexual favors ask the provider for nude modeling. He expressed that it should be modeling not porn, ie: no sex. The reason he said no sex just nude modeling is because it doesn't violate AZ's definition of prostitution which is "means engaging in or agreeing or offering to engage in sexual conduct under a fee arrangement with any person for money or any other valuable consideration" nude modeling is considered art under common laws nationwide. He said most LE won't go as far as to do the nude modeling. Obviously like anything it probably fits more in a grey area I think it sounds like a better check then the groping method. There is always (as long as it is illegal) risk in the hobby.

I've also seen it mentioned in reviews and wondered what one was checking on the other?

...never giving a straight forward answer. I read it in reviews quite often and wonder what the reviewer meant when he writes, "she gave me the usual LE check". I know that there's no LE check that's foolproof but I wish someone would give a straight forward answer, for once.
