When is TER going to UN-Bann AZ Mystique or at least let us or them for that matter know why they were banned.

The longer this goes on...the more the rumor mill continues to spin, and makes TER look out to be the bad guy!

And any intelligence gone bye-bye...but, it's really not all that difficult to understand.

A paying customer of TER was banned, no reason given. period. No notification of a TOS violation, nothing, nada, nyet.

Were their bills paid up? I have to believe so - the reviews were pulled. Do agencies and Indies pay to have their reviews listed? No, I don't think so.

What should alarm people, more than this single incident, is that any one of us can be banned- no reason given. One day we are a member in good standing and then poof, we are not.

Apparently TER has yet to provide the staff of Mystique with an explanation.  Here's their statement:

"....Obviously, we have emailed staff now on four occasions and to date there has been no response from them as to why they took the action they did...we violated no rules, do not post fake reviews, and do nothing but post our weekly ads in the markets we serve....so we are at a loss as to why they would take such action...."

Sure hope I don't get in trouble for this post! yikes!!

Without going into details (because none of the principals have said it's OK for me to do so), I can tell you that the disappearance of AZM is unrelated to anything that has been speculated on this board. Business people have their reasons, and don't always have or choose to explain them, but things usually get worked out in the end.  FWIW, the same decision that took down AZM's reviews also removed their ability to post here, so they couldn't offer you an explanation in this forum even if they wanted to.  Stand by...

I am a fan of AZM and its affiliates.  They are A-OK in my book.  Why have you banned them???  Would appreciate an explanation.  pfury56

I cannot understand what is going on.  I do know that I have been a very happy customer of AZM for over a year.  I have posted reviews of their ladies and I have known reviews of the ladies from other clients.  This agency is a class act, with wonderful, reputable people.  TER must return this agency and the ladies to the system.  I know AZM to be the best of people and I would stake my life on their word.  They rely on their good reputation and the recommendations their clients share with potential clients.  They should be restored to the benefit of the system immediately.

AzM has been an integral part of our little town. Besides ladies they have introduced they have been active on this board and supportive of the community in general.  Love em or hate em they have done their duty and deserve a hats  off. I hope TER will address this issue so a remendy can be found.  We want em back!

I don't do much posting but thought I would reply to this thread.I have been around long before these boards came to be,this was supposed to be a place to discuss and post about the coming event of your week and what you could offer this community in the way of services.

It seem now there is a bit of Politics being played with the Agency AzMystique, for them not to have a response to their inquiring about their status on TER. They claim to be a fair Business with Rules and Guideline and if Az Mystique feels they have followed them and TER gives then no reply as to what rule they broke then it make you wonder what Politics are being Played!!! They brought a lot of folks to the Phx board and a lot paid membership because of them and the reason is they are ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS. Not only Mystique would like to know why but sooo Do I that way we can avoid making that Blunder on this Board

IT does affect the ladies.  I know the glas that have worked at AZM were very happy working for them.  Very few places where they get the win/win situation like that.

I second Rose for her response to this issue. Although I have been away from Phoenix, I have come to known the AZM as one of the best people to deal with. They have been the reason why I check this board for reliable info on companions. With this said and as much as I respect TER's right to withhold their response, I would hope to seek clarification of the violations made (if there are any.) For the sake of solidarity and peace of mind of all the patrons of AZM and members of TER. It is inherently important for the managers of this site to show impartiality regardless. I honestly feel that TER has the ball on their court and hope that they resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

the absence of an accurate and meaningful report about what is actually going on fosters rumor and idle speculation which is not good for anyone in the community and most especially the ladies working for that agency.

I am fairly new to the hobby but so far I have been impressed with the way TER is setup and the way the phoenix community and others have gathered around this board to share information and ideas. An important ingredient in this, I think, has been that they have clearly posted rules and guidelines and staff and moderators who enforce that they are reasonably followed.

Without yet knowing what the details are in this case with Mystique, I think IF TER has the attitude that they can ban or censor anyone, whether they are a provider, hobbiest, or agency without providing a reasonable and just explaination then they need to realize that we as a community will keep them accountable to those rules.  They are not above the rules that they themselves established.  It is true that this site is not a democracy and they have the right to make the rules and decisions regarding its use but each member on here (especially paying members) can decide to find another board/review site to use.

Today is the 4th of July, a day we celebrate our forefathers' victory in gaining freedom from a government they felt did not represent them. While giving TER the full benefit of the doubt that they have been chosing the appropriate time and way to make an announcement, I think they need to be swift about it or risk the sentiment that they no longer represent this community.

Come clean TER and let Mystique and the rest of us know why they were banned. Otherwise, remove the ban and let things be as they were.

not a democracy here. Sometimes less benevolent that others. They really don't have to explain their actions. I haven't seen them change their decisions too many times. Sorry to say.

This board serves many purposes. One such purpose is to facilitate quality commerce. I have used Mystique many times due to the communications, posts and reviews on this board. 99.9% of my experiences have been quite positive. Why? Quality info from this board and a quality agency. I find it hard to believe that this agency has conducted an action so bad, so unethical to justify the termination of their presence on this board. TER's actions are hurting commerce for this company. In the real business world, someone would have to have a good explanation for what has happened.

is that there is no legitimate reason. Simply someone deciding to grind an AX for some reason. If in fact AZM did something wrong then spill the details. Otherwise my feelings are that they've been hosed for other reasons. In the end this site makes money one way...thru the actions of its subscibership. It can go down as fast as it went up....once you forget your customer base...you need to worry about your customers forgetting about you. Simply business 101.......

Jack has NOT disappeared. I usually talk with him daily. The only thing he is limited is being able to post on this board and being backed into a corner in order to be able to come back on this board for no wrong doing what so ever.

Now if the Powers to be care to step up to the plate and tell us what REALLY is going on...I along with many others would love to know. But I will NOT hold my breath on that.
