why do you need both employer info and references? I was interested but im one of the crowd (a large one here in phoenix) that never ever gives out employer info. I know personally five men that giving out that sort of information has come back to haunt in horrible fashion and i dont want to be the sixth one everyone talks about when the guys get together.
