I hope you get your head back. I believe TMAN should/would remove her listing for this.

Why would anyone do that, I see no purpose in this except to deceive people, especially the hobbyist who will see that it's all a lie anyway..not a good way to build up a clientele.

I think I should make it clear that I've been really patient in waiting for him to take this image down. I'd hate for anyone to assume that I'd only emailed him yesterday, and was jumping the gun before he'd had a chance to do anything about this.

My first request about this issue was sent to him on November 15th - so it's been a month and change, and still no correction.

Thanks again for all the support - I do know it's not a  big deal, in the long run of things, but it's just really annoying to encounter someone who seems to care so little about the integrity of his site (which, I've just noticed, he charges people for). I've encountered stolen photos of mine being used on Eros, Cityvibe and a few smaller boards, and in each case they were removed almost instantaneously, with their apologies sent, as well.

If you look at that site many things immediately jump at you. the first being a lack of knowledge of html and its care and feeding. I'm not surprised he hasnt responded about the theft of your images in all honesty.

You are correct and I agree with everyone here, the ad should be (a) PULLED or (b) corrected AND (c)an apoology sent your way.. PRONTO!

With that said.. any hobbyist with half a brain would think something is definitely wrong.  First look..  the ad says.. "blonde", yet there is a tuft of dark brown/black hair showing at the top of the neck.  Second.. 125 an hour???  Not here, not with any reputable provider.  Not sure who Tammi is trying to scam but it's certainly not right to use your photo.. that's for sure!

I am so sorry that happened to you sweetie- Just a suggestion, but you should make TER staff aware of this as well. Obviously Tammie's reviews need to be looked into. I mean if her photos were stolen then everything else could be a lie as well. Personally I think not only should T-man remove your pics immediately with a huge appology, but he should remove the false advertiser(Tammie in this case) permantly from his post as well. That is unless he wants to recieve an even worse reputaation. It appears from several previous posts the general population has spoken and does not feel he is in good standing with accuracy and honesty. I'm sorry about what that woman did to you, using your photos. That is theft and if your photos are copyrighted, you have grounds to sue. As far as TMan goes, I'm not in the least shocked that he hasn't taken it down. It seems his narcissism is fed by the number of people who do anything with his list. It seems like you shoulld have some type of legal action available to you considering she has stolen your photos and is deceiving people and TMan is flat out being unprofessional (as usual).

Yes it was a bad thing (to have takin someone elses picture) and hopefully it will get resolved. But to bash the guy cause you have a personal problem with him? That's not right.
