Now I’m not the smartest guy around but man you got to do some homework when you’re going to spend this kind of cash.

This guy got caught up with this agency that’s been a known rip off for years. I don’t know how they survive here but it had to cost this guy $$$$ to learn the hard way.

It seems the agency doesn't want to be charged with felonies so they don't break the law.

In Phoenix an agency any anyone associated with it commits a felony under various AZ statutes and that is why there are no longer any or few agencies in Phoenix.  Some have learned from the DD case and all the recent LE activity.

If you want sex for $1500 go to Canada for $200 where there is no legal issue or the U.K or most anywhere else in the world except the U.S., other than the pimp houses of outstate Nevada which if a certain politician gets his way will become illegal also.

We simply do not have the sexual freedoms that most of the world enjoys.  And its especially bad in Phoenix as most folks know.   An individual that breaks the prostitution laws is a misdemeanor iwth mandatory 15 days first offense in Tent city.   Gals are even being busted simply for listing GFE or other terms on websites/ads and winding up in Tent City. But at least its only a misdemeanor which is bad enough.  

The guys seem to have very low risk as long as the gals plead guilty so their client list isn't gone after like it might have been for what 3000 guys in the "book" in the DD case that was released to the media.   And we know reviews are compiled as evidence if needed if there ever is a case that goes to trial vs plea deals.

More than one person is a criminal enterprise and everyone connected can be charged with various felonies even "enticing" not to mention all the other charges.

Can you point me to some credible evidence where a companion was busted for just listing GFE? You make it sound like her website said GFE and they came beat down her door and busted her. I feel certain that there had to be more to it than that. Thanks

The one first busted and took it to a Scottsdale jury is one of the most popular in the Valley and use to be very active here.  Obviously she doesn't want to be known so I honor privacy she called me afterward by phone and did a lot of detailed reporting on the Private List.  She was called to do an outcall for a couple but was arrested when she arrived with no discussion of prostitution only the bust due to GFE in her ad.

More recently been a number of other reports both direct from provider calling me and 2nd hand reports by well known long-term companions by e-mail or phone call to me.

One was in Tent City last winter who was calling me every few days and I published what her experience was in Tent City last winter. Very cold.  She was able to get out on "work release" during the say and just had to spend nights in Tent City for the mandatory 15 day jail term.   Many gals don't know they can get out on work release but may need a note from employer to verify.  She had a close friend to do etc. She is also well known so keep identify private.

Have reported details of a few others also on the List.  All either direct or from reliable known sources.

Also reported recently are vice cops with pictures of gals from website and reviews in their squads and will harass a gal even if they can't bust her.    About a month ago met another well known companion who gets stopped and harassed just driving in Scottsdale since PD knows who she is from her web and has her license number.  

We of course know from the police report from DD bust how they compile evidence books of reviews.

They call you, you show up, you don't break the law by making any agreements, they arrest you and tell you that you're guilty because you have GFE on your website, you believe them and plead guilty because they offered you a "deal" that wasn't really a deal but just a way to trick you into confessing to a crime that you didn't commit.

If the cops/prosecutor can convince you that you're guilty, no need for them to convince a jury.
