are there any very athletic providers out there (in the Phoenix area) that would be comfortable with doing a mild wrestling scenario and then a GFE?  I'm not looking to hurt anyone (or get hurt myself!), but I am looking for a bit more than a 'pretend' experience and would like for the lady to give me a good tussle--- scissors holds, arm and leg holds, etc......
