It may seem strict to ban reviews under new names as well, but it's only fair to both hobbyists and providers alike.

By allowing future reviews of delisted providers (under their new identities), it's not fair to the honest providers who don't stoop to opening multiple TER accounts and posting self-reviews.

Furthermore, it's not fair to the hobbyists, who rely on truthful reviews by other hobbyists to help make a decision before they spend their hard-earned dollars.

I remember meeting Jordan at a TLC Party some months ago, and saw new-girl Sydney yesterday, and they're not one and the same.  In fact, Sydney told me she's a recent arrival from the Seattle area, and I really enjoyed her company;  in her late-30's she's a refreshing change itellectually from a lot of people on the Phoenix/Scottsdale scene these days, and I really enjoyed her.
