No halfway-intelligent provider will see you without checking you out at all.  A number of providers will see you without references, as long as you are willing to disclose enough personal information to make them comfortable.  A provider who is willing to forgo safety in exchange for a higher fee is, as we say in the law, a "FRIGGIN IDIOT" (that's Latin).

I think you are looking for a SW and might have a better chance of finding what you seek around the downtown area.
