A person sent me an e-mail today saying I owned AzMystique and I am Loverboy57. I think you all know Loverboy and many know we are very good friends. Since his venture has begun I have written zero reviews and have not promoted his agency, But have promoted all the independants (with one exception) and agencys that I think honest. Simple reason for this is I invested in a friend and thats that. My question is, Should I disclose my investments to the people on this board? Do you people feel like i've been dishonest with you because I didnt tell you about my investment? I ask these
questions because the person or persons who sent me the e-mail believe me to be dishonest with this "community" and thought that it would be interesting to see me banned or moderated by TER over this info. I have no conflict of interest with anyone.
As expected you are not being honest with everyone Danny. The truth is you do own AZMystique and as an owner, and a reviewer, it is you responsibility to disclose that. Just as you think others need to be exposed.
You've been using the Penthouse Club as a recruitment site, and have in turn promoted your events and pushed the Penthouse club on everyone. I think there is a conflict of interest in that, and that you own an agency.
I have been working with this prodject since Day 1. And NO Danny is not the Owner of AZMystique. Honestly it doesn't matter who the owner is. If you choose to see the AZMystique girls that is your choice.
And also for the record The Penthouse club is not where the girls are being brought in from.

Well Mr.Jimmy Lick no one has ever mistaken me for Danordanny. That is a first. But I tell you what you keep trying to discredit Danny and keep making that your project. You got caught posting reviews on your own ladies. Danny does not do that and thus has no reason to be concerned. By the way, are you going to disclose your new interest in your new agency, I hear you are backing. Or do you in public deny that you are| Cause you know if you are it will come out. It's apparant you are jealous of Danny because of his status in the community. Get over it. Life goes on.

Your buisness is your buisness but you should have known because of the other things posted about you that this would get out. I have been veiwing this board for awhile and you are a magnet for posts. Myself I would have let it out, if your that well known by the community how could it hurt.........
If I remember correctly Dan, Loverboy did post that he owned the AZ Mystique agency and you were an invester in the venture, back when the agency had just begun. I assume he did this because he wanted everyone to know why he was promoting the agency and also let everyone know it was owned and had investers that were loyal hobbiests and pretty straight shooters here on the local boards. That was great for us to get a little insight into who runs the agency. No one needs to know your personal finanical bussiness any more than they need to know your shoe size to post on the message boards. Who ever is accusing you of dishonesty was misinformed, and obviously has an axe to grind with you by threatening you with being banned from TER. As long as neither you or loverboy are posting bogus reviews of the azmystiques ladies then you have nothing to hide nor are you having any conflict of interest in my opinion.

If you are co-owner or owned 50% or more of an agency (or an adult business that did advertising on the boards), then I think it would be "ethical" to disclose your ownership interest.
Otherwise, I think a less than 50% financial interest is your own business, not the board's.
But anyone with ANY agency investment will need to conduct themselves carefully (like avoiding over-promotion of the agency). Otherwise they are open to charges of conflict of interest.
The same thing could be said of a TER member who is the husband of boyfriend of a provider and over-promotes her (acts as as shill). That's as deceptive as an agency owner not disclosing his ownership. (That happened on another board last year. When their relationship was revealed, the lady and her husband got a lot of flak but I don't remember if they were banned.)
One suggestion for the newer agency owners: since many of us don't read the boards daily, we may not know who owns which new agency.
Perhaps the newer agency owners could change their handle to "ABC Agency," the way that desertdivas does. Then everyone knows who is writing the post (plus it's free advertising).

Everyone here is in business in some fashion. The providers are running their business, most of the hobbyists have a business, and everyone invests their money in the way they think will bring them the largest returns. If you promoted a venture of which you are a member, GOOD FOR YOU. That's called marketing, kiddies.
Now, I personally don't think you have been promoting your investment any more than you promote ALL the reputable providers in the Valley. What you do with your money is none of our business and vice versa. If you need any more support on this, feel free to PM me.

Actually it's pretty funny that someone would acuse Danny of being Loverboy... I know both of these guys and have for some time and I would venture to say they share no DNA other than being Male. I still think it's a little bit of a crack up that someone would think they made a big discovery and it's completely wrong. Don Q going after the windmill once again, what is it with people needing to chase windmills. I'm actually still getting a pretty good chuckle out this one.
You never know maybe I will soon get an e-mail accusing me of being a lesbian who is pretending to be a guy. I know sometimes only I get my humor but thanks for the chuckle anyway.
From now on I will not respond to accusations or rumors about me. This "community" will have to decide for them selfs if it's real or Memorex, I've expanded enough energy on drama and such. I've always said reputation and honesty are paramont and will stand on my own. So in closing, Fire away those who wish because i'm not playing the drama game when it comes to me anymore. Cheers, Dan
