I wonder when Progressive FLO is gonna have "provider insurance". I mean read the ads, they say basically " best" everything. So when you dont get the "best" Shouldn't hobbyists get something back like 25%?

I have Progressive and I had to put a speed monitor in my car for 90 days so they could see how I drive and then lower my rates.  Maybe installing monitors is an option to see which providers are the "best" and who is just saying their the best?  Just a thought.
