Lets assume you are a provider.........if you want to learn what is acceptable you can look at adds. Then, when you use similar content you won't have to worry that the add will be taken down.

Lets assume you are a provider..........if reviews can influence how many people, and what type of people call you, what is your risk of going fast after reviews just so that you can post a profile?
A wise old man one time told me that when a company runs and add only three things can happen 1) potential customers have a more favorable opinion 2) customers have a less favorable opinion 3) customers have neither favorable, nor unfavorable, no effect, like shrugging their shoulders and saying eeeeeh?
If you are over loaded with information, make notes of what you are reading, go back and organize them. writing about what you have read forces you to see if you can make sense of what you have read...it high lights areas you need to read more about.
It might be better to be cautious when you first start out Holly so that you don't have to go back and try and clean up unfortunate mistakes?!
