I have been debating whether or not to put this on the board for several weeks now, and I am finally left without a choice.  I feel I have been violated in a very big way, all because one of my "reviewers" went against my wishes and posted my phone number on my review.  But that is not his only violation.  I have been independent for more than a year now, and everyone knows that first contact with me is by email only.  When I was advertising on 411, my page clearly stated that.  Then when gentlemen started writing reviews, they were all kind enough to respect that wish.  However, in recent weeks, someone decided to write an "additional and new" profile for me (come on, one has to be deaf, dumb, blind and stupid to know that I am the only Roxanne who has a review page in Phx.  It had all my info, email and link).  Well, in that profile,  this individual not only posted my phone number(violation of myself and Ter rule 6) but he only visited me once and it was almost 9 months prior to writing the review!!! (violation of Ter rule 9).  He clearly stated in the review that he had seen my three months prior to writing it.  I guess he must have been desperate to get a free month from TER-at my expense!  The two Roxanne profiles were later combined into one-now with my phone number.  Since then, my rather peaceful life has been disrupted by all kinds of weirdos, jerks, etc...  including suspected LE, phoning me at all hours, and being very disrespectful.  I did think of changing my number but decided I don't want to do that as I have had it for a long time.  Yes, I have tried to contact TER but have not had any luck reaching the moderator(maybe because I have not posted enough to know how it works yet).  So please, Mr. Moderator, please remove my phone number.  I have gotten to the point that I am reluctant to answer my phone if I don't recognize the
caller.  I know some ladies want their numbers published, however with my schedule of classes and other things, I do a limited number of appointments and do not need to be interruped by disrespectful callers at all hours.  I apologize to those who are nice and mean well and my new web site will be up in a few days with all my info.  And yes, I do know that there are opportunists out there who are going to get my phone number while they can, but that's their character flaw, and they have to live with it.  It's just not fair that some guys can get away with this crap.  Does TER really put up with it, knowing that a review is from a session that happened almost 9 months ago???  Please anyone, I would appreciate any help you can give me.  Peace and Love,  Roxanne

They will handle it promptly.  Mods have nothing to do with
reviews or profiles.

A contested review is another thing.  You should do that in
another problem report or email to staff.  Lay out your case
and they will consider it.

oops, watching from afar i know how much the phone# has never been posted till,lately...Good to vent, take care,ok

Before I had an assistant, initial contact was always email only and my phone number was not posted anywhere.

Then one time a reviewer posted my phone number in my profile. I'm sure it was an innocent mistake on his part--he was probably trying to be thorough filling out all the fields. All of a sudden, I started getting 6-7 phone calls a day from strangers, so I guessed immediately what must have happened.

I filled out a problem report (by clicking on the "Report a Problem" button at the top of my profile) and the phone number was removed within two days.

The TER people who do the reviews and profiles are not necessarily familiar with the ladies here in Phoenix. There have been many instances (mine among them) where more than one profile and set of reviews was listed for the same lady.

The solution--submit a problem report and they'll get it fixed. As stated by the other poster, the moderators do NOT have anything do to with fixing incorrect profiles or investigating false reviews.

As far as the 9 month old review goes, again, submit a problem report. (Sorry, sounding like a broken record!)

It's always a nuisance having to deal with the inevitable errors that occur in TER profiles and reviews. But if you contact the appropriate people, I've found TER generally to be quite responsive.

Good luck!
