Please Krista! Have some compassion for the poor slobs trying to get in a workout. If you came walking into my gym and started your exercises I'd never get anything accomplished other than watching you!
   Oh wait....I work out in my home gym so I'm safe, phew! While I don't live in the Valley of the Sun I do visit occasionally. And Krista, you are vying for the top spot of who I wish to meet my next time in AZ!!!

Hey Ms. Manae , I work out at LA Fitness too. I workout at a couple of their gyms on the Westside though.
I'm on a weight loss journey to lose over 100 lbs and become a FIGURE competitor. I'm blogging about it along the way. PM me if anyone wants the website addy, I don't want it linked (via google search etc.) to any adult info so I wont post it here.

I am at youfit. I love it. Simple to the point and low rate to be there. I love when my body gets that burn feeling and my arms but gets tight !
