I will admit that due to my work & travel schedule my times to schedule appointments are limited, daytime, usually Mon or Tue.  But, I send appointment request emails out on Thur. or Fri of the week prior. Some of my email request never even got a response. On one occasion I was on my way to the providers incall and got a call asking if we could delay by 30 minutes.  No problem, stopped and got a cup of coffee.  But before I finished my coffee got another call canceling the appointment.  I got the feeling that she was trying to accomodate a last minute call from one of her regulars so I guess one has to appreciate that. Thought I would try one of the reportedly reputable agencies.  Got an email back saying one of my references (Little Debbie) had retired and my other two were from last year. (Shame on me for only seeing Little Debbie this year before she retired!) No Joy!  My last solution was to pick 4 providers, send out emails, staggered over two days, thinking the law of averages is going to give me a winner (and if I got a response I wouldn't send out the remaining emails). Never heard back form two of the emails. The third said there was an incall problem, not available.  Sent a suggested solution but never heard back.  The fourth gave me renewed faith & hope; wrote she would see me on the requested day & time, gave the "two call" request, call an hour before to confirm and call when you are in the area.  But alas, again, no joy.  Called an hour before, no answer, call 30 minutes before, no answer, called at the appointment time, again, no answer.  Left messages, yeah, you guessed it, no response. I just got spoiled by Little Debbie (Kandee to for a while) and Sky.  Boy do I miss them.  So, any help or advice will be appreciated, other than just quiting.
