Just logged on after not being here for awhile and WOW... huge shock.

What happened to the "if it aint broke don't fix it" mentality?
The new format does not make the board come to life, the people who post do.

I really miss the "view all" option, dammit!!!! lol

they changed the site then I got used to the new (then) format.  This format, however, is really difficult to read.  Fonts and colors are hard on the eye and it seems like the mouse has to jump all over the place to make simple transitions.  I hope there are some major tweaks coming.

Have to agree with you, I'm not liking it either but I thought that was due to my age thing, hard to teach an old dog new tricks. Oh Well.

Takes twice as long to read and maneuver around the different post and I don’t have that kind of time to spend.

Maybe I’m just too old and can’t learn the new technologies.

actually they are implementing changes that i have seen people requesting for a long time.

ie, the thread that has the most recent post showing at the top.
the ability to quote someone's post so that they know you are responding to them.  

the only problem really is that you have to click on each individual post in order to read the thread and that is time consuming.

You me and what seems to be over 90 % of all those who travel TER land.

I've looked at several of the local and national boards and it is very difficult to fine a good word about the new format.

i agree that should be an option.  
the old board sucked and needed a makeover.  without the "view all" option this one is still outdated.  too bad....

The "view all" button is now called "flat view".  Open the thread and look in the top right hand corner
