I'm coming to Mesa, Az next month...was wondering who the best recomendations are to see when I get there...Who are the "must sees" according to you guys?

You will almost certainly learn more by doing some research then by asking an open ended question on the board these days.  You have no reviews so no one knows who you are, and there is a lot of information available just by looking.  Good luck on your visit-- there are a lot of great girls here.

.....Lauren Hott (in Chandler) or Mya (Scottsdale).  Or Michelle (Scottsdale) or Paige (N. Phoenix).  Of course, if she's back in town, Sky Silverman is a must-see!
Come to think of it, we have a lot of great talent here in The Valley these days!
