There are no shortage of "18 year olds" on Craigslist.  But seriously, if you're looking for a girl who is right on the literal "edge" of being 18 years old...how on earth do you possibly know for sure that you are hiring a girl of legal age?  You don't. I suppose you could ask her, but I seriously doubt she is going to show you a drivers license.  I have to admit (without casting judgement here) that I question the motives of someone who seeks "young" girls versus (specifically) girls who are 18.
