and I think the gentlemen (so far) have been very objective and considerate in their opinions to this post. It is not always easy being judged on looks and performance. I know I've given -- what I feel to be -- a 10 in performance to almost every person I've met, but TER has strict guidelines, and some get away with writing a 10 when it probably should have been an 8 or 9. But what constitutes looks and performance anyway? Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder and always will be. Some will find me beautiful, others only attractive. I've been fortunate enough to have decent reviews, but some guys you definitely click with more than others, especially those that don't constantly talk about themselves and are interested in you, too. Wink!

In homage to JDBY's suggestion down below (about providers rating clients), I an writing to suggest something that might actually work! In chatting with the ladies, I've learned that some of us are...well, to be blunt, we're pains in their asses. Some of us are phyiscally demanding, others are emotionally draining, and still others are simply unpleasant to be near (let alone intimate with). And then, some of us are just simply strange...really, really strange. (Although the sheep guy in Mesa has raised the bar--but I digress.)
My point (and I do have one) is that a lady who earns a score that is less than 10 for performance with an incredibly tough guy ought to be rewarded for her efforts. I propose a committee made up of hobbyists and providers, that virtually meets as needed, to assign DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY points to reviews. After the guy posts his review, the provider would be able to petition the DoD committee for a Degree of Difficulty Multiplier. That number would be anywhere from 1.0 to 2.0. If a lady got a 6 on a review, but she convinced the committee that she really did her job under very adverse circumstances, the committee could, for example, award a DoD score of 1.5, thus raising her performance rating to 9!
Before you reject this out of hand, think about it. Everybody writes about how these reviews are a valuable resource, but they only tell part of the story. This system would tell more of it, and thus, would be a true service to the community.
Are the reviews not"fictional" stories???..anyone who has been at this for awile has learned to "read between the lines"..form a concenses..one sub-par review is not going to sway me away..two or three generaly will i admit,as most of the time they are warrented.i admit that for providers it is THIER BUSNESS that is affected by #s.sad but true.fortunitly for them some of us can see when they dealt with a shmuck..WE don't know what is said between providers during the screening proccess.[really none of our bus].hopefully they are checking there references..to me that is how they avoid a jerk. i can remember not to long ago,a hobbiest complaining[here] about a provider that would not see him after references were checked..DUHHHH..not to hard to figure out what that was all about.obviously SHE DID her job. what we have here works well..like i said earlier.form a consenses..just my two cents
You are correct about the fictional stories, but rather than focusing on whether or not a particular performance rating is fair, I simply pointed out that, even if it is fair, it's only half the story. Although my suggestion was a bit tongue-in-cheek, the fact is that, like some Olympic events, the performances of providers can also be viewed not only by "what did she do and how did she do it," but also, "how difficult was it for her?" or "what did she overlook, tolerate and/or work around". That's the Degree of Difficulty that sets some apart from the others.
Many of these Providers regularly please in the face of circumstances that would make most of us say, "Oh, hell no!" I'm not just talking about guys who are schmucks, and I'm definitely not talking about guys who rate unfairly. The simple fact is that some "performance" ratings probably deserve a bump (or a footnote) to denote what it took to get there!

i do understand your point and yes it sounds good on paper ,but in all fairness i just don't think it would be workable and i doubt TER would have a interest in moderating it or policing it[shit, i don't believe i said that!]..if anything in all fairness to the providers i feel ter should set up a "providers only" link were they could go and address the very concerns {"degree of difficulty"} you bring forth in an objection way..at least they may have a clue who they are seeing and maybe what to expect when they see them..may even save someones life..[god-forbid ]as far as changing the numbers,it is to my knowledge, there is an appeal process by the providers..whether it works..i don't know..have fun and play safe..

affect wether I would want to see a girl or not. If her ratings are consistent, then her reviews are consistent. I'm not interested in knowing if some guy didn't take a shower for 4 days, just smoked a pack of cigarettes, weighed 400 lbs and broke her bed, requested a pole be shoved up his ass or insisted to be read child nursery rhymes during sex. Bottomline is that a hobbyist has to do his best research and understand overall what he is getting into even if it is unfortunate that a provider who has consistent reviews receives low marks on one review or possibly two reviews. Is it fair? Well, case in point. I went to Vegas in Dec and visited a well rated and well reviewed provider there. My particular session just happened to be less than what I expected having seen her reviews and having seen some amazing women here in Phx. My review was fair, not difficult and not well received among the Vegas community but this is the way it happened and I didn't break my bed. Some people just don't click and the ladies tend to talk to each other and if a guy is being so ridiculous in his requests or behavior then providers can make a choice not to see that person. They can figure out who the difficult hobbyist by looking into well known references. I do beleive that hobbyist can get a reputation within the provider community. As far as a looks ratings go, pictures can be a double edged sword...good if they are bad pictures but bad if the lady has changed physically since posting her photos. I love to brag about Mya as she is always updating her photos and what you see is who you will experience. The performance rating is purely subjectional. I have never had a "10" experience until I met Mya and some guys would disagree with my decision to post as such. It is based on intimacy. Most hobbyist are smart enough to figure stuff out without a footnote having to be added to a review. You may however want to send your feelings on the subject to TER's "suggestion box".
I feel for the Ladies who get dinged with abnormally low ratings. Aside from the emotional harm it inflects, worse yet, as it has been related to me first hand, is the negative impact on inquiries. Everyone should keep in mind that the rating system is in fact an abstract. The reality behind the numbers will normally be found somewhere in the middle and rarely in the extremes. This goes not only for the reviewed group but also the reviewer group in that those scoring consistently high or consistently low will fall outside of the curve. The only real advantage to the assessment and assignment of a difficulty factor to reviewers would be for those Ladies who simply don’t have enough reviews to determine a central tendency. Also in the interest of fairness this system would also require some sort of appeal process for the reviewer who may feel their factor has been unfairly assessed. Then in my humble opinion there is always a problem with committees and the dynamics that drive them. So in the interest of all I’ll spare you my diatribe on that subject.
I think it would be GREAT and only fair to be able to respond to our reviews.
It's been done elsewhere with great success!
Since it's all fantasy in the first place, why can't it be a great resource for PROVIDERS as well???
It use to be a source for safety, now it's complete one-sided exposure, which is NOT safe.
It also seems to be a place for guys to point out negative things, thinking they need to warn each other or just to earn vip status. If the rip-offs and stings are isolated, then the rest of the process could be done with more safety and respect for our COMMUNITY. I know it's a competative community, butt until the laws change, we have to protect our community and all the peeps in it.
If we are going to get so discriptive, then I believe it should be EQUAL ACCOUNTABILITY.
Now as far as appearance, I don't think it should even be there. If our pics and websites are updated and accurate, you can see for yourself if shes hot or not...to you. Because we all know beauty is in the eye of the beholder, how can someone else rate for you or know what you like?
Right now, to me it seems that a 10 in apprearance is a supermodel. Why would a supemodel be here? They make more money without the risk and haveing to perform. If I was a supermodel, I wouldn't be here and that's just plain honesty.
Out in civilian, I have been a real working model for 20 years now and going strong. Here, I am a supermodel, because on an average, most are not real working models. Why do we need to rate it at all, especially since it seems so controversial?
Isn't safety and perfomance more important and have more of a priority then looks?
I am sure many ladies here would love to talk about there talents, experiences and performance if it were safe and allowed. Especially since it's all fantasy anyway!
However, this site is for the hobbiest, not the provider. I seem to remember the owner telling me, he made it for ACCOUTABILITY!!!
TER is a great resource and I am glad it's still going strong...thanks.
Just my opinions obviously. I have been wanting to say this for a while now and thought it was the right time to make a comment. Hopefully you guys will be nice and understanding.

like she looks like a 10 for 46! Or, she sure has a lot of baby fat. Wink!

Philosophically I have a problem with categories by age. Beauty (or appearance) is timeless and a knockout in her 50’s is still a knockout regardless if she is in a crowd of knockout women half her age. I will admit mine is probably the minority opinion here and we’re an age bias society. The same thing applies to performance. Blindfold me and put me in a room with 30 willing women of varying age (ok, braking a sweat here). When we are done (assuming I survive) is the best experience any better when it was revealed to me it was with a 22 or a 50 year old? I don’t think so, it is what it is, and I’m going back for more!!! The problem, if you choose to view it as such, is these judgments and scores are subjective and cooking the books will not remedy the situation.
Your idea would make the already flawed system in place an unworkable mess. Who decides who is on the committee? What if i dont like the idea of person x being involved in the process? for that matter it just looks like another possible source of corruption if used in that fashion by a couple of committee members. Any public review system is flawed just acknowledge it and either use them or dont.
