Just wanted to pass along a note to all of those who might consider using DesertDivas. I scheduled an appt. last weekend and paid top $$$ for the outcall. The provider took the fee and I soon found out it was her time of the month and we ended the session. Now I realize this stuff may happen, but I do expect for the agency to back up their services(why else would you pay an agency fee). Their website motto is posted as follows:

"Desert Divas believes in backing up all of it's claims! If a model should ever be dishonest or unsatisfactory in any way, you won't be required to pay. We are confident that you will have a "mutually rewarding" GFE experience."

Don't advertise this statement unless your trully willing to back it up!!

I called the agency that night and the following day with no return calls. I don't like spreading bad press unless it's needed. DesertDivas failed to live up to their claims. Stick with TLC, AZmystic, or Scottsdale Elite if you want a top notch agency!!

Once again you have someone posting under an alias about a problem with an agency...carries absolutely no credibility with me. I'm not saying it didnt happen...but no details on the girl or the day or time.

I haven't seen anyone from DD so I'm in no position to comment based on personal experience. But when someone has to hide behind a phoney ID to lodge this type of complaint itsimply "smells bad"....

Well...typically these types of posts are posted under handles that are NOT anonymous simply because the poster has nothing to worry about or be ashamed of.  If you truly had a bad experience, you should be able to post it under your real name with detail without any issues.

The statement you quoted from my website is accurate and I have acted on that claim in the past many times. (ie: making a wrong situation right)  You will be no exception I assure you!

I checked with my phone operators and none of them can recall the incident you are describing and neither can any of the girls.  (also I USUALLY know when my girls are having their "out of town visitor" and they are pleading innocent)

Since you listed all of those other agencies as reputable, you must be speaking from experience.  They ARE all reputable agencies that anyone would have a great time with!  IF you did have this experience with Desert Divas and you HAVE had experience with these other agencies, then you MUST have a legitimate handle with reviews to back this up?

Also...do you remember who you spoke to on the phone when you called??  You said you didn't get any "return" calls...which to me implies you didn't talk to ANYONE at all, but that is literally impossible since we are open 24/7 and have been without any hitches.  If my phone operators aren't relaying messages I NEED to know that stuff.  Thanks

Bummer.  I  have not had any such bad experiences with  Divas .  Unfortunately  there has been a series of  anonymous  accusations  against  local agencies some that have proved  untrue.   This has had made it tough to sort out legitimate complaints from the others.    But if  someone pays for service and it is not delivered then the agency or provider needs held accountable.  It will be interesting to see Divas response. I hope your problem gets  resolved.

Being one that uses both agencies and independents I can say there are good to both. Sometimes it can be difficult to schedule or contact high rated indies.  It can take days and a few e mails or phone calls  to set something up. Often my schedule is in flux. I respect the independents too much to set an appointment days in advance that I might have to cancel.  
They can provide an outstanding good time.  But their lives outside of work can make short notice appointments a problem.   Agencies provide a solution by having phone operators and  ladies who work  more regular schedules. You pay the "middleman" (or middlewoman LOL) for service and accessibility. TLC, ScottsdaleElites,Mystiques and I hope still Divas provide good quality and  easy access.  I love them all and will  continue to support both the independents and agencies.  Each provides a niche to scratch my itch!

Was surprised to read your post. I have used DD in the past and know many other individuals who have/do use the service as well. I personally, have never had a problem with them nor am I aware of any of my buddies having a problem either. In the very few instances that I know of when a problem has been mentioned here or brought to their attention, that issue has been addressed. Don't know why your experience seems to be different from others but I would suggest trying to contact them again to sort this out and am confident that they will make matters right if things are as you stated in your post.

..you never know what you are going to get. But seriously, give them a chance to fix it. Send them a note. Call Adam. They are reputable. And if they "do a dance", post what happened (they don't fix it right away or the next time you try to use them). I don't worry much about handles. A lot of good folks are Under The Radar at times. But if you don't contact Adam and work it out, your bad. Public places are not a good place to slam folks. All it does is make a mess. It never accomplishes much.

As for indy's and agencies, there will always be both. I just see the girls I like in the environment I like them in.

There is a place for both, it's pretty obvious from my posts & reviews that I prefer indies...however I've had great experiences with both TLC & AZMystiques (and wouldnt hesitate for a sec to use DD).

When you get on these boards and make a claim about bad service, what are you hiding behind will always be the question. What ARE you hiding behind? I notice since posting, you have not returned to participate in all the joyous conversation.

trying to point out that using an alias or a handle is really no different.  azhacker and lots of others point out the thread starter posted with an alias, so his/her complaint must be less valid.  I don't know how, because very few know me by my handle and I know very few from their handle - no face to the handle, so to speak.  So, how is an alias any different than a handle??

In this case it would be the "motive" behind using the handle... the original poster chooses not to respond and has not contacted me in any way.  I am (and always have been) fully prepared to make any wrong situation right.  I have done it in the past...and I will continue to do so.  We offer a quality service.

This came out of the blue and quite frankly looks like someone just trying to give out negative press (false press).

People have no reason to hide behind a handle if they truly have a bad experience.  They have nothing to be afraid of...nothing.  Other TER members like to see honest feedback regarding their experiences...good and bad alike.

So what would be the motive for using an anon handle?  ANSWER: posting under a false handle gives the poster a way to make it impossible for me to contact them and/or check with girls to see if the situation actually occured.  Everything points to a big fat NO in this case.  He/she listed NO details intentionally and has made NO attempt to contact me directly after I gave him the opportunity. (opportunity is STILL there of course)

I mean if you supposedly "wasted" your money and the owner offered to directly reimburse you and gave you his cell phone # and email...you'd call right? Of course.  He/she hasn't.

In a business full of backstabbing it is way too easy to write anonymous posts against others all day long.  The ONLY way to weed through what is BS and what is truth is by checking to see if the poster has any reviews or previous posts.  Hell...even if the person posted with a handle that was "NORM72" or something with NO reviews...it would be more credible than INTENTIONALLY making a name called "badservice" just to draw more attention and be completely anonymous.  

Anyway, I'm done but it just gets annoying dealing with fake posts.  I know every agency on this board has dealt with it at some point or another.  Not every post under an alias is bullshit, but many many many of them are.  It is unfortunate.  And for the record...many people would recognize your name cgsmks  I certainly do.

My opinion on that agency is they are a honest- and reliable one, I use to work there before TLC and only cause of personal issues I left. The owners of this particular agency are my friends and good business people. Maybe if you posted by your true username then I'm sure alot of ? would be answered, I personally  think that  whoever posting was thinking of another rude yet effective way to bring an agency or provider done. I didn't really address what I thought of the original poster's claims - I don't think they are valid.  For whatever reason, there are some who use/abuse the alias function on TER to slam agencies/indies.  Competition?  Maybe.  If the poster was telling the truth I would expect him to contact you at the very least, and to follow-up here with the results.  I know I would have been all over you if something like that had happened to me, so I really doubt the post is real.

Anyway, I was just addressing the general idea that aliases are bad.  I have used an alias before, but mainly so the readers don't know who I am when I'm asking a question.  Sometimes I get better answers if people don't know it is me posting.  I also know some of the girls use aliases for the same reason.  And besides, only a few even know who I am, on a face to face basis, so my handle is still pretty anonymous.  Maybe I should get out more?
