Solicitation of prostitution is illegal, writing about a fantasy experience you had with an imaginary woman is not solicitation, hence writing a review for TER (fiction or non-fiction), in and of itself, is not a crime. I have to admit that I have read some that are deserving of punishment, but that is a matter of personal literary taste. See below from

http://www.legalmatch.com/law-library/article/solicitation-of-prostitution-lawyers.html

Solicitation of prostitution is a crime involving a person's agreement to exchange money for sex. This agreement does not have to be explicit. A person's actions can be enough to demonstrate agreement.

I Didn't Even Pay the Prostitute, Much Less Have Sex with Her. How Am I Guilty of a Crime?
The crime of solicitation of prostitution occurs at the moment you agree to pay for sex, and take some action to further that agreement. Solicitation is simply encouraging someone to commit a crime. It does not matter if the crime ends up being committed or not.

HaHa.  I'd ask them to "splain" why they had the time to waste on this nonsense instead of doing something about real crime.

No offense but you really need to educate yourself about the laws in this country and the powers of the police and your personal freedoms.

The 'country' and 'freedoms' mean little in this case. You need to know the laws of the State of AZ, your County and your City. Then you need to know the approach used by your County Attorney and the Superior Court Judges appointed in your County.

It's a funny idea about "splainin" but it would only make matters worse for you in most situations.

If one has never faced a felony charge in AZ, or has never been in the system or worked in the system, one does a disservice to one's self by drawing any conclusions or speculations base on what they have learned about our "County and Freedoms"

Say these 5 things ONLY

Am I under arrest?

Am I free to leave?

No, you may not search me, my house, my car, my bag, etc.

I will not answer any questions

I want my attorney, now

Never another word, ever.

The best $500 you will ever spend is toward a basic client retainer with a good Criminal Defense attorney who specializes in your areas of concern. Even if you are not planning on committing a crime.

while this is a slightly different scenario, nonetheless it's an important lesson concerning LE. BTW, it's a little long.
