OK, OK, it's been a few months since you ran that "going out of business" special.  Are you retiring or what?  As I remember, you spoke as if you were quite serious.  Were you?

I stand corrected.

And Tina, if you price it right, it will sell. problem is that all these sellers still feel entitled to be making 200% on their house in just 3 years.  I know a lot of agents who essentially "buy" their customer's listing by talking about a price they'll never get in this market.  And they end up sitting through months of lame open houses.  But the moment the price becomes reasonable, the house moves quickly.

I see that a few others have directed you to the post I made last week concerning my retirement.

Hopefully that cleared up any questions you may have. I always error on the side of honesty- helps to keep rumors at bay.
