Was checking on the travel warning to Cuba. It seems the government is warning some of its employees now suffer "cognitive problems" resulting from a mysterious sound (although the sound is either above or below the limits of human hearing). Wait! I thought all government employees had cognitive problems?! Wasn't cognitive dysfunction an essential part of the government in order to oppress fellow citizens.
So anyone in Cuba stay away from the US Embassy at least.
Now also happening at hotels so do not stay at hotels in Cuba.
