Nothing more.  Let's flip the coin and look at what you get.  You see, every time you see a provider and she's "not a clock-watcher" (which most hobbyists value,) when your hour extends a mere extra 20 minutes, her fee just dropped to 66%.  So, here's hoping that every provider you see, at any rate, is compensated 100% for her time.
