I couldn’t take it anymore so I finally put a certain curmudgeon on my “ignore list”

I have wanted to do it for months now but I can’t stand reading a thread and parts of it are missing. It can make it difficult to follow what’s going on. I finally came to the conclusion that I won’t be missing anything because his posts have LITERALLY no redeeming qualities.

They are consistently:
* Negative
* Argumentative
* Offensive
* Demeaning (of providers AND also any clients that are complimentary/supportive of providers)

They may have been tolerable if they were at least in some way informative/educational, or periodically funny.

So, forgive me in advance if I suddenly come across lost/confused when commenting within a lengthy thread.

I couldn’t allow myself to waste anymore time/energy or space in my brain on meaningless drivel.

Good for you, Maddy. Unfortunately, the forums have too many of these irritating trolls and the worst thing you can do is respond to them at all. It just fuels their bile and its what they thrive on. I have to admit I had a lot of fun calling one of them out on his bullshit though, gave him a real hard time in the thread below (very likely the one you are referring to) and he never replied to me. Actually had one of his minions tell me he wouldn't be responding to me.

Anytime I see a post from a certain Troll, it's not worth the energy to click on the post because it's a) ignorant; b) brainless; c) no redeeming social value.  If I want that aluminum hat-wearing nonsense, I'll flip over to infowars which will NEVER happen.
