I'm going to Phoenix on a business trip and have seen many good looking women at: www.essence-ent.com/index_ess.htm
However I haven't seen many reviews of them. Does anyone know whether this agency allows reviews of their girls or the legitamacy of the agency?
since Phx is the Cash-N-Dash and Bait-N-Switch capitol, you are better off sticking with a well reviewed lady from this board.
It is best to stick with the Independents, as the agencies can cost you some serious $.
There are "good" agencies around, but you may not get who you were expecting. Therefore, make it clear that if it's not the girl in the picture, you won't pay.
especially when so many of the independants here have so many rave reviews, up front all inclusive rates and are just as nice and genuine as can be.

well on your phoenix trip have a nice time and try one of the lovely independent ladies out here.if you choose an agency try a good one with no fake bait photos like devil dames.i used to work for essence and it took me a long time to get my photo off there site.there are still two girls sydney and maria that are close personal friends of mine and have not worked for the agencency in over 2 years.heck they no longer live in this state anymore!
i believe there are a few real girls that work for them on there site,but half of them quit the agency and they continue to use there photos to have people call just like my good friends maria and sydney on those sites.they have been arguing for awhile with this agency to remove there photos but there they are 2 years later.good luck and use someone that is known before you get taken.

Don't know if you've found someone yet but you may want to check these guys out. They are an agency, but are reputable and honest. I had a hard time with the schedule the first time I saw Zoe and Taylor was nice enough to lower her fee because of the mixup. I've seen Zoe and Sierra and they are both great. Also, if you aren't satisfied, Taylor will refund your money. Independents are great also, but make sure you find one with a lot of good reviews. I've been burned one too many times. Just be careful wherever you go, but I know Taylor is a good person and trying to create a good agency.
From my experience, Essence is a complete scam. In addition to everything else posted, here is another factor. They will tell you on the phone they can have ANY of the girls there in two hours. THEY HAVE THE SAME GIRLS ON THEIR WEB PAGE IN PALM SPRINGS!!! How can they be in one location and take care of the other in two hours? Answer: Bait and Switch.
Phoenix has some really, really great independents. I love them. I wish I could see them every day. Go see them.
