Phoenix Girls has good reviews.  I haven't heard anything about any others.

I don't usually use agencies, but I used one this week. It was an in call location and I must say I had a fantastic time. I'll be writing a review for them sometime this weekend. I actually sat around with the owner and the girls bullshitting and drinking beer (that I brought) for over an hour before my special time. Place is legit and he is trying to run a very fair business in terms of price and time. Review coming soon.

I never knew Starr before she started her Agency, and was naturally skeptical.   I gave her a chance with a sexy newbie named Kelly last month, and have found them (both Kelly and the Agency) to be honest, reliable and dependable.  What more can we ask for?  Oh, yes, and very, very hott!

This is cut and pasted from the contact us section of the Phxgirls site. I know nothing about them and have no opinion about them specifically, I wish them well. This was enough to keep me away:

1. Your first and last name as it appears on your ID -- no exceptions (we are very discreet)

I agree.  When you have references, I can't possibly see why they need your name. I would like to use them, but I just won't with that requirement.

I'm in the same boat, but I will say that I made it through their screening with my alias. I had a long discussion with them over security because of the '08 stuff and was told that as long as my references checked out I was good.

They explained the security system based on coding they have for people like me.

Just my experience.

I have seen three of Starr's little twinklers and they now comprise my short list. I stayed in
retirement for several years after the demise of  the two famous agencies that everyone is
thinking of.
I brought this to the attention of Starr as I didn't want to be on another list and other problems
that might occur by her record system. Now after she checks your references and you pass you
become a code name in her phone records and if you don't use credit cards you don't
leave a digital trail to follow.
I prefer outcalls and every time I make an appointment I have to give her my address as she
doesn't keep that on record either, and by the way I just made another appointment but I am
not going to give you her name as she is getting too popular and it getting hard to schedule
her for a date.

& Great provider references that check out always make it easier to play without delay

Having REAl references keeps everyone in check.. asking to see id on first visit.. and coded questions is mandatory! SAFETY is definately important.. thanks for bringing that up once more Krista!
