Consider laser hair removal. It's less painful and more (though not completely) permanent.
You need to have multiple treatments in order to achieve a long lasting effect.
I am completely hairless all the way from above my penis down through my crack, and I love it. I feel cleaner, and I get much better attention from the ladies down there.
I went here see Taryn Thomas she runs a place that does hair removal she uses hair removal cream. She got everything cleaned up for me just make sure when she sends you to the shower in her place to wash the junk off you listen to her and really scrub it off. I didn't do that well and left some under my balls after about an hour it really started to burn as it dried up.
