Hello... I have emailed TER staff to request a link to my reviews.. so I may have the limited VIP status... and therefore, being able to PM you to request that I become unmoderated.

I have not received any responses. Could you please help me out here?

I have been granted admission to the provider board and have the little envelope, but when I try to PM it does not allow me to.

TER has instituted a new policy that allows providers limited FREE TER VIP membership. The method of going about getting FREE TER VIP membership & the ability to give a hobbyist a Whitelist referral is as follows:

1) First off, a provider MUST have her username registered as a provider and tied to her TER Profile/Reviews. A provider must have at least one review; this is because without a review you have no profile. First check to see if this is already done by looking at one of your messages posted on this board and looking to see if there is a link which say "See my TER reviews" on the line under the subject line to the right of your username. If it's already there, then you're linked. If it's not, you need to send an email to [email protected] requesting registration as a provider. It's best to send the email from the same email address that is on your TER Reviews/Profile, as that makes verification easier. Please make sure to include your TER username, as well as the name on your profile and please provide a direct link to it (making it less time consuming).

2) Once registered as a provider, you should be able to whitelist ANY hobbyist member of TER. It doesn't matter if he submitted a review of you or not. You will also in most cases get access to the Providers Only board (great way to communicate with other Providers & share information. The PO board is a moderator free area, where all posters are automatically unmoderated [on that board only]) and you will have access to your limited VIP.

3) To White List, click on the "reviews" button near the top of the screen, and then select "Search White List" on the left side of the screen. Type in the hobbyists TER username (or his email address if you don't know his username, which may or may not match up depending on what email he uses on his profile). Once you find the hobbyist you are looking for, you click on the "Submit Referral Button", which only providers can see.

It should be that easy!!!

BTW, there are many added bonuses to registering your username as a provider:

1. You get access to the "Providers Only" discussion board.

2. You get a FREE limited VIP membership, which gives you access to the TER Mail/PM system AND access to the "juicy details" of your own reviews (but not other reviews).

Access to the TER Mail system is a great asset in itself. This allows you to communicate with moderators, staff, providers & hobbyists, without having to search for their email address or other form of contact.

3. Your TER Profile/Reviews automatically link to every message you submit on any of the discussion boards, making it easy for guys to find and increasing your exposure.

Please read all of the following guidelines carefully before posting an ad on TER discussion boards.....  

1)  Independent providers may post one ad per week (any 7-day period).  When visiting another city, you may also post one ad per week on that board to announce your visit.  Include the dates of your visit in the subject line of your ad.

Escort agencies may post one ad per week per region they serve.

Please help us keep it fair by reporting violations of the limit to me.

2)  You may place your ad on the regional board (including the Other Cities board) that is closest to the area you service or are touring.  

Porn Stars may advertise on the Porn Star board, and Transexuals are encouraged to advertise on the Transexual board.

Unsolicited ads are not allowed on other TER discussion boards, including the National Discussion Board.  Providers MAY reply to ISOs (In Search Of) with their links.

3)  Your ad must include a link that goes to your website, to your TER review profile, or directly to your ad on an escort mall.  Agencies may link to their own websites only.

Any ad that does not provide a valid, working link will be deleted.  The link must work when the moderator reads it, so please check it carefully when posting.

Your contact information must be on the site you link to.

You may not link to a provider ad that is hosted on another escort review site.

If you link to your own website, that website needs to be listed in TER's Site Reviews,

Or, you can place a TER banner on the front page of your website.

4)  Post your own ads. Ads posted by other parties will be deleted.  An exception would be when a lady employs someone to do her booking and advertising.

6)  Moderators may delete ads after they expire.

7)  Ads or links for providers who have been de-listed from TER will be removed.

TER Moderators may, at their discretion and judgment, delete any ads that, in their opinion, do not follow these guidelines.

By participating in the discussions on TER discussion boards, you can greatly increase your visibility and give potential clients the opportunity to get to know you better.  You may include your link in messages you contribute to any TER discussion board, and that does not count toward your ad limit.  In fact, you are encouraged to include your link, because it helps everyone get to know you better.  Just please make those linked messages meaningful, entertaining or helpful contributions.

She is posting asking for help. Yes, Dingus has allowed her posts to go thru (haven't checked if the qualified as Advertisements..... since that is irrelevant), but why do you feel a need to point that out? And what the heck does it have to do with her request for help?

I just was stating that Dingus already is being generous and that if SHE needed help I would be happy to assist her.

Bottom line is

If a lady puts a post up asking for help, suggestions, or just general BS and adds her link that is considered an ad? If that is right then I think you may have to offer to "help" some of the other ladies on this board understand the 1 ad per week rule.

If you really wanted to help her you could have privately e-mailed her vs posting here.
It's not like your number 6 spot on the top ten posters in the last 30 days or your number 3 spot in the last 6 moths on this forum is in any jeporady Misty, so why not just let Dingus do his job and you do your job.

I NEVER said that THIS post was an ad.  Her previous two posts were.  One the 6th announcing her incall and one on the 4th talking about an incall.  

In HER post she states she is having trouble with PM's so in covering ALL bases I posted here under my name NOT AN ALIAS like you.

Misty all I am looking for is some clarification from you on what is an ad post and what is not in your mind. That way I can help you on your quest to save the board from to many ads by providers and/or agencies.

BTW Not sure what bases you needed to cover seeing as how you are not the moderator or board monitor or anything like that so your initial e-mail to her, out of line as it would have been, should have been all the input you provided on this matter.

First of all, Thank you Misty for the offer of help. Yes, I got your private email and yes, I will call if I need anymore assistance.

I am fully aware of the ad rule... However, I looked back over my post on the 4th and I was requesting info from those on the boards. Not running an ad... Based on the info I received back from those on the boards... I did then run an ad on the 6th to announce the incall.

I am sorry if I offended anyone in this matter, but I definately did not intend to start a brawl...

And as a side note... I HAVE emailed admin at TER and requested to have my reviews linked... Thats the problem.. no one has emailed me back! I will email again.

Her June 4 post wasn't an ad.  It was a question, much like questions other providers post all the time.

At least she doesn't sneak around the ad limit by posting so much that everybody's sick of seeing her name (unlike you).

Simply send another email to staff.  Things can and do fall through the cracks.  Be sure to link the URL of the that you are claiming (http://www.theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?id=83318) and send your request from the email address listed on that profile.  You may also want to ask to have your ad website changed from cityvibe, to your phx411 ad, as it is contains more pictures and details, and is appears on a much more reliable source of info.
