t first I noted on backpage an anomaly in higher than usual Puerto Rican providers.  I assumed they were FBI agents being reassigned from Puerto Rico to Arizona.  However, the high levels of Zika virus in Puerto Rico I predict will cause young women to migrate to the 48 contiguous states in order to have children so they will not have birth defects.  Accordingly this could cause an increase in providers as well
