When I first started posting on this board, everybody was really lighthearted and always having fun. That is why I decided to stick around. I would love to see this board back to the way it was when we could all come here to advertise our services and have decent informative conversations with each other without all the stress and bull that we have had to deal with in recent months.
Yes, I realize that like Starina mentioned, we have to be more careful as providers...therefore our questions have gotten tougher and more personal. And most of the gentlemen out there seem to understand this, which is most appreciated. This HAS been a hard time for ALL of us...we have seen our friends, our colleagues, our clients all stressed out to the point of no return. And we need to figure out a way to come together again as a community and stand up for what we believe in.
I am one of the guilty ones, when the scare tacticts about LE started going around, I got a real job and took down all of my pictures! I was a fool...I love what I do! And its not working from 8-5 mon-fri. It's being here with all of you and knowing that I am making a difference in somebodys day or week or even month! So as you have all seen, I am back full-time!
I want to join with these two women above and to whomever decides to put their foot down with us in getting this community back on its feet and back to the way we used to be!

When I first moved here last July I informed myself on how things where done here in Phoenix. I had some help from someone, who I will always respect and admire. You know who you are! I also hosted a couple parties at my house, inviting some of the providers. I just fell in love with this whole town, as everyone I met, ladies and clients where absolutly wonderful. There appeared to be a strong connective support system between the providers. I just could not believe, it was to good to be true. THE VIBRATION IN PHOENIX AMONST THE PROVIDERS AND HOBBYISTS WAS INCREDIBLE!!
After Joe........lots has changed. Some ladies have given up their in-call as they found out the consequences may be much much harsher , then if they just do outcall. Some providers fear that maybe another provider had been arrested and now works as an informant, so when veryfying a new client , they still question the providers honesty. Some great ladies have left us too, I don’t blame them! I am thinking of going back to Europe.
As the fear spread, we all changed!!!! Business went down! New clients get annoyed , if we interrogate them to much, I guess they may be uninformed of the events that shoook up our town and things are not over with! No one is really talking on this board, I wonder if I actually should, as we all know who may read this as well!!
4 month have past and now, when I try to verify someone locally, I often don’t hear back from the reference provider. There are several clients who have waited longer then 3 weeks, well what am I to say..I do believe those clients think I am a big flake by now. At least 80 percent of clients call and ask me what I can tell them about myself?? Please refer to our web-sites instead. No one truly knows what we can talk about , without incriminating ourselves!!!!
Hobbyists when you call us;

PLEASE, have all you info ready, that means, name and phone-number of provider you have seen, if you are a brand new client locally ; workplace, phone-number, personal residence phone-number and addresses. THIS IS TO VERIFY WHO YOU ARE FOR OUR OWN SAFETY!! It will also safe us both so much time, esspecially if you are a very busy individual who likes a last minute appointment!!!

LADIES , I am so sad that most of you went into hiding!!! You are the greatest bunch of ladies in our industry and deserve to be happy providers. I know what you mean about the ladies and clients out there. We have a great bunch of people and now there's a lot of fear out there that's coming between us. We need to get together now more than ever and stay close so we can look out for each other.
If we scatter ourselves with mistrust and fear then we're playing right into Joe's hand. He wants us to get out of the business. He wants the guys to be afraid to see providers. He wants us to be afraid to advertise because if we don't advertise we miss out on business. He wants to weaken us so that he can ruin us and if we don't stick together he could succeed.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE... what was once a great phrase that inspired people to fight for their freedoms. Now the phrase is meaningless because the majority are afraid to stand up for what they believe in. Do you know how many people that use are services but would blatanly deny it, for the fear of being "condemned" in some manner? I want to ask them "why you would care so much about being condemned as this or that and continue to use our services?" I understand there is a sanctony in marriage, I understand that in business how you are percieved us VERY important. I also understand that no one, I mean NO ONE is allowed to see how you vote. Then I must say I understand that we as providers must be safe and check referances, be cautious of new clients, etc. When are we taking it to far though? I for one have come to the conclusion that if the LE wants to mess with you they will find a way, if they are looking for you long enough they will find you. So trust your instincts. Trust your judgement. Be true to yourselves. OH and have as much fun as you can and still be safe.

I myself would agree to everything you have said and while this situation here in Phx has made things difficult I myself will not bow to the pressures from the "man". It has made me more cautious of how I handle my business but to be honest it is probably better and safer then when I first started.

It is sad that the actions of the "man" has led to division and mistrust amongst the ladies. I am sure he would be delighted at this , and that he has generated fear. I hope that the people he has affected can keep some embers of their fine spirit and joy of life burning inside. So many seem to have gone underground, retired, cut back or just faded.

Do you have any idea how many hobbiests have been threatened and or blackmailed by providers? Yes there are some that are out to harm us. Case in point: a thread below about Sabrina aka Sabrinas Touch and many massage establishments. She will eat your children if you gave her the chance. My personal info is never givin out for those excate reasons.
There are much safer ways to conduct your business. Have you ever tried going to a hobbiest get together? There are many marketing tools available to you. Ask Glen to hook you up. Im not talking about Dave and T-mann here. There is a safer, profitable world out there you have not even tapped into yet. Open your mind and think Positive. Life is great in Phoenix.

I for have never given out my work info, nor will i. I can think of at least two instances in recent memory that came back to haunt a hobbiest. Giving some sort of blanket assuarnce is of little real value when your black book is being perused by LE and my life is laid bare.

If LE is willing to go through with any kind of undercover operation don't you think it will be just that....undercover....
I am sure that the cop undercover will have all the info you want or need in order to get in the door. I can't count how many times I have asked for a first and last name and then in return when I have called the hotel and asked for this person he is not there but when called and asked for the room number low and behold who answers the phone. So I think sometimes, no I take that back... most of the time they don't really give out thier real names any way.
Sure the info may be a good start but like it has been said before...
YOU HAVE GOT TO TRUST IN YOURSELF AND YOU ABILITIY TO KNOW A BAD THING WHEN YOU SEE IT OR FEEL IT. Even if it's just one little word or motion or what ever the case may be and it mkaes the hair on the back of your neck rise then trust your instincts and
make like a tree and leave.
So maybe nothing was wrong but even if it was not and you left just think if you had stayed and it was a bad thing then you would have been wishing you had left.

I’m new to the area and this community but not new to the lifestyle. I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with the Sherrif. I can understand the need for providers to be extremely careful. It's not only their livihoods they need to protect. It's their lives. I also understand that the penalties in this county are very heavy. Being very careful with my personal information I knew that it wouldn't be easy as a newcommer to schedule an appointment with a local provider. But I have great references who are also very popular and very busy. Not wanting to overburden my references I decided to use one of the client screening services such as…

I considered Room Service but after perusing their site it became apparent that they do too much advertising. After all, it was advertising that got Charles Kelley busted. We have to remember that there was never a verdict -- leaving the door open to it happening again.
The Secret Keeper has just two provider’s links. One doesn’t work and the other links to a lady who works at a Brothel. Plus, there’s nothing illegal either about escorting or submitting your personal information to a referral service. There’s no reason for LE to go after them, and even if they did the information would be useless to them. The more paranoid among us may fear that the owner might someday use our information against us. But membership is good for a year then you have to anti up again. As long as her business is profitable, why would she? $60 doesn’t seem too much to pay for peace of mind.
The first time I used The Secret Keeper was just last week to schedule an appointment with Donna Next Door. She emailed me accepting the appointment the very same day. This has been my review of The Secret Keeper. lol
My review of Donna is currently being screened by TER and will hopefully appear soon. It’s one in a long line of 7 PAGES!!!! I think a Meet And Greet would be a terrific idea. A going-away party honoring a true treasure and a very nice person would be even a better one. IMHO
I agree with all that everyone has to say on this subject. The ladies need to make some time in their schedules and all of us need to get together to meet and discuss our options. The more girls you know in this business the better off you are. I for one give referals all the time to clients who are looking for a change of pace from the incall massage services. Who do I suggest they call..well of course the ladies that I am familiar with! If we actually knew each other face to face, then we would feel more comfortable getting refrences or sending a client to someone else if the want to try a change. It should be one large network of all of us, working to help each other out and getting to know who is who. Cattiness and petty things need to be put aside, there are more than enough gentlemen in this town, to go around. Joe's whole point is to pit us against each other, let the seeds of mistrust grow and leave us all standing alone against his moronic morality posse. They don't think we are smart enough to form a network of working women who actually work together on safety and other issues that affect us. I know they are wrong, we are very intelligent, dillagent and our ability to work together should also send a message that we won't stand for their underhanded tactics.
So who wants to host a girls get together party?? I would even pitch in to rent a conference room at one of the hotels if having all the ladies over to your home is too much. Anyone want to discuss this idea and others , email me at [email protected]

Indeed, the times have forced everyone to reevaluate how things are done in this hobby.
However, I for one don't like to have a "Provider Reference" for exactly the reason Starina stated.
In addition, I don't think it's really fair to ask someone you haven't seen for a while to act as a reference for some new lady that you have the "itch" for.
Now, I'm all for screening and I'm more than willing to provide the lady with my name (including showing her my d/l and other ID, if needed), phone numbers and my TER handle. But, if this isn't enough for her, then I consider it her loss.
