for an e-mail or  return call  should be as soon as possible  on both sides... I always get amazed when I hear back after a quick response from me  how  thankful  they are that I was so quick to return a call or e-mail ......I think most are use to providers  taking their sweet time to call or write back .....so  like any business you snooze you lose ......another pet peeve  I hear is the full VIM  mailbox   that too  drives me crazy when I cannot get to a provider  myself  .....common sense  go's a long way....  customer service and a good work ethic applies  in this business also another tip  check  your Pm's daily it take less than a minute to do......and can bring you many appointments  engaging  with potential clients helps them feel a connection with you......I spend every morning responding to each potential client and pm's daily are checked

And those of you who maybe have difficulties due to family, school, other work obligations - hire somebody to screen your potential clients & also set dates. You may not want to "fork over the dough", but in the long run you'll be happier with your reputation, the type of quality men who value prompt response time, & more money due to someone who strictly screens.
