I am looking for a furnished 3/2 bedroom rental for an annual lease (six months could work but nothing shorter) and would like to be somewhere from the I-17/101 east to Southeast Scottsdale. Somewhere convenient for travel around the valley...so near !-17, 101N, 51, or 101E would be best.
No pets, just myself and my girlfriend and her baby. Would like to stay under 2500/month and I want something updated with nice finishes. If anyone here has a rental property that I might look at SOON...Need occupancy by Jan 1. Any help would be MOST welcome... xxx Maddy
With the $2500 you can get a van and live on the free BLM land in Quartzsite.
