Since it gets so slow during the hot months, why don't more ladies offer summer specials?  Ok, thought it was worth a shot...

Then you could make appointments for 3 a day, every day of the week.  All summer long.  

I get massages regularly as it helps with the stress (both with happy ending and legit), I hear them complaining summer is generally slow and they are thankful when I schedule multi-hour appointments as they get only 2-4 customers a day instead of around 6 during winter months.

Although we do not schedule more than one rendezvous per day, it is true that summer time in the hotter cities (Phx, Vegas) are slower than other times of the year. That is true for a couple of reasons: (1) locals leave town to go to cooler places and (2) fewer visitors come to town.

I don't think having reduced rates or summer specials will have an impact in your Winter rates. In fact, it is very common in other businesses such as hotel rates, airfare etc.  

I actually have talked to plenty of ladies about the rate reduction and it does hurt them more than helps. Cause on our side of things, we're always looking for a deal. Sometimes on our side, we end up arguing that if one of us gets a reduced rate, we all should. It's actually really messy. I have seen many nasty and degrading emails from men about the rise in rates. So many just avoid the drama all together. Plus they seem to have an increase of NCNS when they reduce rates. So I understand why they hardly ever post specials.

See Bodhi, I have a sense of humor.  Btw, love the comparisons to hotels and airlines. At least it's better than burger joints and car dealerships, I think. Keep the advice coming, I need some more laughs.

I think communication is the key, if their website has clear information on what the summer and winter dates and rates are, then there should not be any issues. I agree with you that running random specials will hurt them as people will start asking about "I though you rate was only xyz".  

Sorry mate, I have run a business for 34 years. Telling me to charge less will get a laugh.  
Of course I am open to a mentor giving me suggestions but that mentor better have first hand experience with my particular challenges, not theory based on some "I know better". And specially not from people whose motives are self serving.  

oviders should issue miles for each session then when you get enough miles you can get an award booking for a session maybe.  So like a 30 minute session would issue 4,000 miles then when you get 12,500 miles you can get a free session.  Everyone could get a free coded number that your poon miles would post an account to.

I'd have to disagree. Lowering rates for new clients is a bad idea to adjust for seasonal demand. I would offer regular clients discounts to increase the frequency of their visits. That being said it isn't too difficult to get calls even in the summer months for whatever reason. Maybe the decrease in demand is followed by a decrease in supply for girls who aren't tethered to the area? Escorts flow in and out of cities for large events, so I'm guessing similar movement is possible for long term fluctuations as well.
