I realize this is off topic BUT want to share info so people can get their money and/or their furniture.

Consumers who believe they are owed money by Terri's Consign & Design Furnishings Inc. should check with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Phoenix to make sure they are listed as creditors.

A number of people who believe they are owned money say they are not listed. They would need to be added to receive any money.

Terri's consignment stores are closed. The company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on June 4, and the businesses assets will be liquidated to pay off creditors.

The Bankruptcy Court's information numbers are 602-682-4000 or 800-556-9230. The case number is 2:10-bk-17588-RJH.

• People who have furniture consigned with Terri's should contact the court to make sure they are listed as holders of consignment contracts and that the address on those contracts is correct. Those people should receive a letter with instructions on where and when they can collect their furniture. They must have a copy of their consignment contract or other proof of ownership and will have to make arrangements for transportation.

If your name is not on the list, call the trustee, Diane Mann, at 480-451-3053 to be added or to make corrections to your address.
