I have been MIA on this board for quite some time now for many reasons that I won’t get into.  Many of you may not even know who I am anymore.  In any case, I logged on 2 days ago and was amazed by what I read.  What has happened to this community?  Yes, there has always been drama (I was even a major part of it a few times!), but this is beyond the small banter back and forth that usually went away after a few days (Oh AzHacker, where are you???).  I haven't even read most of the posts on this board because I don't want my day ruined.  

I remember a time when everyone got along here and everyone was rooting for the good of the community and the safety of each other, provider and hobbyist.  Is there a way back to that time?  Or has Phoenix decided that it is better to hate anyone that doesn’t share their same opinion and blast them any chance they get?

I started my business years go to bring professionalism and cleanliness to a city where I found very little.  I feel that for the most part, I succeeded.  After skimming over the posts on this board, I feel like I need to take a shower to wash away all the dirt that I’ve read.  It makes me sad to think that this is where we are now.  I hope that we can all get back to a time where everyone cares about each other’s well being and can look beyond each others differences, or at least bite their tongue and let things go.  This board is not doing anyone any good if it keeps on this way.

We need to reunite as a community and enjoy each other.  Isn’t that what this “hobby” is all about??

Just my 2 cents.  Take it or leave it but please don’t hate me for it.

I'm from elsewhere but I'm in love with Arizona and I monitor the discussion board. I wish those who are feuding would carry it on in private. That's just my 2 shillings worth.

but the simple truth is that the board and community have changed. Even if I wanted to spend the time the altered dynamics prevent any real discourse or debate. I'd go as far as to say that the use of the word "community" is no longer really appropriate anymore since no real discord or variation in point of prespective truely exists. What "we" appear to have is just boring drab and of minimal interest.

Truthfully its been easy not to say much, since there isnt really much to talk about. If anyone out there reads this and is still in touch with Rachel give her my best...

We do need to have lunch sometime soon...I'll give you a call this week. Nice hint BTW but I already "outed" myself below.
