I believe the America colloquialism is something akin to “one should not beat a dead horse”; and this I surely do not want to do, but,,,
It is only recently that the Sheika has familiarized herself with the grading system used in the reviewing process.
I was struck by the similarities of the numbers.
Individual reviewers tend to give the same or very similar numbers in each one of their reviews. There is very little variance. Regardless of the ladies differences in looks, age and performance, tall, short or fat or thin, the most popular numbers were 8’s and 9’s.
In an academic, statistical sense, this is called a skewed distribution, and it belies any significance in the grading system. It means the numbers are inflated and meaningless.
I would imagine that most experienced hobbyist would have a keener since of discretion when evaluating and grading providers. But-to my dismay-I found that this is not the case. Some of the reviews were so flattering that they seemed to be meaningless. Are all the ladies that good?
I suppose the true value of the reviews is their general advertising benefit to TER… However, there is a certain exaggerated, go-for-it, carnal quality to them--no matter how professionally or amateurishly they are written--that would seem to attract and unwanted element…
Now, I don’t want to “beat a dead horse”, but couldn’t we come up with something better?
LOVE AND PEACE,

When I first read this post, I had no idea who-or what-Mister Ed was.
After it was explained to me, I saw the humor in your reply.
In a cross cultural sense, sometimes humor can be a very difficult concept to comprehend.
Today, I am very rushed. Later, I will write more.
PEACE AND PROSPERITY TO ALL,
Sheika Fatima

I have submitted many reviews that were absolute true in every detail and I get a reject from the boards telling me that I have not included enough detail. Truth be told there is plenty of detail but may not be 100% graphic. You do not need to be that graphic. SO WHAT HAPPENS is that we have rewrite the review with added FLUFF to make it appealing to those reading the review. I for one think this adds to the HYPE for some reviews that sound to good. They actually are to good and are not true in many ways. There are many providers who would prefer a great review that kept the clothes on some details. If the main description of the time shared does not appeal to you then what details would make you make you want to spend time with the lady. Just for a $20 bill we have become the best non-fiction writers around. And the reviews from shills in all communities sucks as well but then this is America. The home of Caveat Emptor.
The previous hobbiest bring up some good points. However we all differ as well. I try to do my homework by cross referencing the reviews I read. I know what I like in a provider as far as physical stats. I also know to search for personality and heart....not a cold fish. Alot of this can be gleaned from even overly verbose reviews. I even cross check with Big Doggie. Knowing that our desires are quiet personal one can only read so far into a review. In the end we are responsible for the time we have with a provider given the mindset we bring to that encounter. It would be nice if each reviewer did a better job of descibing thier date in regards to looks vs. photos and other personality traits. For every five encounters I may write one review. Some providers want to remain UTR and others simply do not want a private encounter exposed. This is thier livelyhood. I certainly do not write a review for the TER credit. I write them to benifit the other hobbiest, who have saved me a number of times with thier honest reviews.
To read it let alone write the thing. I realized years ago any public review was only good for as many as two seperate things with only one being certain since its checked at least in a cursory fashion.
useful item one.....a phone number
useful item two (cavaet emptor applies) will she provide at least a modicum of service for my valuta.
for anything else a review is useless hence the few i bothered to write over the years. Im to the point where i write them if im asked and other wise just dont bother.
private reviews are much more useful since the working theory is the review wont get back to the provider in question (they do but usually at least the writers name is dropped.).
whats the fix you ask? a totally private members only board that the providers will never see. It has been tried at least once. It was a herculean effort on the part of the admin and it failed noblely, yet it still failed. When the two camps comingle on sites such as this its for entertainment value only.
the only review that matters is the one you create mentally after you have seen the lady and paid your money.
I don't know that I would necessarily draw the same conclusions as you. It could be that the hobbyist is doing his homework on this board and/or others and 'screening' the girls well before booking with them. In the looks category, I dare say that most guys are probably booking with the ladies that they find physically attractive to begin with, hence, the higher scores in this category. The only things that might effect this score in a negative or lower direction is if there was some misrepresentation (ie: pics are out of date); the guy was taking a flyer on a girl with no pics; etc. Similarily, the same might apply to the performance area where guys are booking only with the ladies who offer the array of services they enjoy and/or who have favorable and high scores from other well known and established guys. Granted, a lady who usually generates high performance scores can have an off day (as any of us can have) but in my experience, those are very rare exceptions to the rule. I, therefore, do not find it troubling, as you do, that there is consistency of scoring either within an individual hobbyist's review list or across reviewers for a given lady.
My 2 cents
