Dear TER Readers,

I would like to take a moment and wish everyone a great holiday week & Happy Thanksgiving.  I am sure even in these turbulent economic times we can all find things we are thankful for.

I encourage you to take time this week to give instead of take or expect.

Many of you know this about me;  I am heavily into animal rescue and I dedicate most of my time to the care of the "throw away" animals of Phoenix such as the disabled or geriatrics - it is a hard job but the most rewarding job I have ever known so...please give of yourself whether it be in time or other ways to assist all the rescuers and shelters here in Arizona - they are mostly all volunteers or if they are employees, they are sorely underpaid for their efforts.

Thank you and I truly hope that you and your loved ones have a joyous Thanksgiving.
