I really appreciate the love and wishes.
I had one of the best Birthdays ever. I am extremely BLESSED to have so many true friends and an abundance of love and thats no foolin.
It has been a non-stop weekend and this was my first chance to get online too. The origin of All Fool's Day is a little sketchy:
*Originally the calenedar changed in April 1st.
*It is also the turn of the season when spring fever and follies are abound.
*Also it was thought to orginate during the reign of Constantine:
Constantine, allowed a jester named Kugel to be king for one day. Kugel passed an edict calling for absurdity on that day, and the custom became an annual event.
"In a way," explained Prof. Boskin, "it was a very serious day. In those times fools were really wise men. It was the role of jesters to put things in perspective with humor."

Personally...being born a FOOL allows me plenty of room to grow and the ability to laugh at myself and not take life TOO SERIOUSLY.
