A huge TER Halloween Party and everyone must come in Costume. The planning can begin and a venue selected that will accomodate everyone with safety. If everyone is serious we will set it up and get the ball rolling.
I will be dressed as a Carioca (person from Rio de Janeiro) - and sitting on the beach of Copocabana having a toast to my friends in costume. With several other friends who will be in Rio.
