You claim to have written reviews in the past.  You say that they were fiction.  So now that we know you lie, who decides if you're being honest during the interrogation?

I follow your logic, but losing integrity creates problems of it's own.

       In terms of avoiding arrest, what she “understands” and what you “understand” or what both of you label your encounter is effectively worthless if an exchange of money and sex takes place. If LE has probable cause to believe the sex for money exchange occurred, LE can obtain an arrest warrant, or arrest you without a warrant in most states if the exchange occurred in the presence of the arresting officer.

      In the unlikely event that you declined to plead and the case went to trial, you and she would have to take the stand to even present this "understanding” to the jury and this cover story would be destroyed in about five minutes of cross ex.

   Even worse, if you see a professional lady, pay her, and enjoy strictly a nonsexual evening, but LE arrests you anyway, you are effectively in the same boat – you have to convince the jury this was the one in a million case where sex did not happen. And here your membership in TER and the lady’s past history all come into evidence to show pattern and intent.
