In general your basic service is usually a $40-$50 fee added to the basic massage fee.
We started using flat rates at our 'north' shop (12613 N. Cave Creek road) that covers a mixture of massage styles and services that each therapist chooses to offer for that rate. I would say that for the most relaxing and satisfying visit the flat rates are always your best choice. (1/2 hour ~ $120, 3/4 hour ~ $140, 1 hour ~ $160) (My clients prefer the flat rates and haven't gone back to the regular ones ;o)
Just remember that each therapist is an individual and may or may not offer the same services or rates as others. (YMMV)
