After about a month of fighting them via email I got a small concession out of them. in the whole TER subject.

This is a quote from EROS:

"Currently our policy in reference to having the links or URL’s or ID numbers to find reviews on review boards still stands as not allowed this is against our publishing standards."

"You are able to list them only if you use them as screening process for your business, but you cannot say find your reviews at a certain board or how to find them."

"You are able to say in your text that you use TER and P411 as part of your screening.  The viewer can get the ID information directly from you, via email, phone or even on your personal website.  We understand how important screening and want to work with you the best we can within our policies."

While we are still NOT allowed to put in review links TER ID numbers ,or mention that we have reviews... BUT this way the guys will know we're legit and have reviews

But placing this line on your ad IS allowed and will be approved.

So that they can make the notes on their ads as well.
With so many ripoffs and B&S ads on there (about 75 %) It's great to be able to set ourselves apart now.
