That's a pretty handy location - if nothing else you're close to the 101 and easy to get around Phoenix.  Not sure of who might be in that immediate area, but plenty are close by!  

And you're right down the road from the absolute best wine bar in the Southwest!

Terroir Wine Pub

Gina Marie knows about it!     Biggest pours that I've seen in any Wine Bar (and oh have I seen a few!) - they really know how to fill a glass.  Very laid back vibe .. perfect place to spend an afternoon.
