...My 50th anniversary of lising my virginity is fast approaching. Am I obligated to give the woman a gift? If so, what's appropriate? Finally, is she obligated to do me again? I looked this up in Emily Post's Book of Etiquette, and there wasn't anything in there about this. I'm just a guy who wants to do the right thing.

The traditional 50th wedding anniversary gift is gold. I believe any two people who are together that long are obligated to get their spouse something....does not mean materialistic....See for yourself some ideas

...see my reply below. Wood. Hmm. Reminds me of when I met her, and she asked if I wanted some, and I said, "Wouldn't I?" And she said, "It's not a wooden eye. It's glass." Bud-ump-bump.

yes, M&J, I just looked it up in the "Man Law" book and she is obligated to do you again. And after a lot of research, I found her for you.  She said that she is more than willing to do you again if you can work around her busy schedule ... you know how it is in those homes with bingo, shuffleboard, knitting groups.  But she did promise that she'd take out her teeth for the ultimate CIM!

...and as sensitive as I am. How about if I take her for a flight on Poon Valley Mile High Airlines? Will her walker fit?

able to fold it sure will. I am seriously considering to bring a BIG bag of toys for my next night flight. That should be fun :)
